dry Chablis style white wine with great flexibility, which
suits many different foods.
Chablis
Blush (Rosé)
One of the many styles of blush wines to follow in the footsteps
of the Zinfandel Blush; light and refreshing, almost a Rosé
in style.
Chardonnay
One of the world's great white wine grapes. Used in the
making of many styles. When properly aged in oak, the fragrant,
flavourful crisp wines derived from Chardonnay are rich
and well balanced with wonderful body and finesse and a
lingering after taste
Chenin
Blanc
Also known as Pineau de Ia Loire, this grape produces wine
with a distinctive honey and herbal character. Its tart,
lively acidity is a perfect match with seafood.
Fumé
Blanc
Made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Usually dry and smoky
or grassy. Can be blended with the Semillon grape. Ideal
with salads, light seafood and shellfish dishes.
Gewurztraminer
This reddish, musky-flavoured grape, widely planted in Alsace
and in Germany, produces a very spicy white wine with a
pronounced and sometimes heavily perfumed bouquet. The wine
is generally dry, but with a slightly sweet taste.
Muscadet
Most commercial Muscadets are often soft & neutral with
a touch of residual sugar. Usually the combination of fresh

From one of Italy's best-known producing areas the Pinot
Gris grape creates a superb dry, floral white wine with
loads of character.
Riesling
The Riesling grape originated in Germany but is now used

with other grapes to make wines such as the White Bordeaux
of France.

it is made from the Nebbiolo grape. The best commercially
produced Barolos are aged in oak for four to five years.

A classic combination of two of the most popular red grapes.
The early ageing Merlot with the robust Cabernet Sauvignon
- what a delight.

A splendid grape variety used in the creation of
the world's finest red wines. The full-bodied, complex wines
made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are well balanced and
intense with splendid fragrances.
Medoc
Our version of the most famous red wine district in Bordeaux,
perhaps the world. Deep, full, rich - an excellent example
of the style. Ageing will unveil its subtle nuances in flavour
and complexity

An early ripening and productive grape that originated in
France and which is now grown widely in many areas including
California and Northern Italy. The grape produces a rich
fruity wine.

About a dozen different varieties of grapes go into the
making of Rioja wines. All commercially produced Riojas
will spend a year in fermenting tanks.
Vieux
Chateau Du Roi (Chateau Neuf Style)
Our version of the famous Chateau Neuf. Full bodied, yet
soft & quick to mature. A fine oak aroma makes this
an ideal accompaniment to hearty red meat dishes.
Zinfandel

Zinfandels produced commercially are usually red or blush
wine that can range in taste from sharp and full bodied
to smooth with earthy qualities. White Zinfandel uses the
Chenin grape - which is refreshing to the palate.
