White Wines

Chablis
Chablis style wine, blended from quality Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes. This juice produces a crisp, semi-dry wine, with a clean, refreshing aftertaste. Will not require extended ageing.

Chablis Blush (Rosé)
The addition of an F-pack makes a stunning contribution to this particularly light, refreshing and delicious blush wine. Finishes slightly drier than the White Zinfandel.

Chardonnay
The ubiquitous white wine favourite. Remarkably versatile and agreeable, this classic is smoky, austere, steel-like. A fruity bouquet; dry with pleasant acidity. Its complexity is fully realised when aged.

Mezza Luna White
A round flavourful Wine with Apple and Oak on the palate.

Piesporter
Named after the village in Germany's Mosel wine region, world-renowned for its high qualify wines. Characterised by a vivid fruitiness and lively balancing acidity magically captured through the addition of an F-pack.

Pinot Blanc
A versatile varietal grape that displays an agreeable dry, sharp, lightly fruity yet full-bodied taste. Vital and refreshing; perfect as both a sipping wine or as a match with delicate meals.

Sauvignon Blanc
The flavour is full and dry, with a fruity, herbaceous character, which finishes crisp and clean. A versatile wine which handles a wide range of herbs, spices and flavourings.

White Bordeaux
This blend of Californian varietals is in keeping of the flavour of a French Bordeaux style white wine.

White Burgundy
This White Burgundy style is made from a select choice of Californian grapes. It produces a full-bodied wine with a robust flavour, accented by an aroma of fresh ripe peaches and apricots.

White Zinfandel (Rosé)
This uniquely Californian treat is a pleasure to savour fully chilled, literally bursting with sweet plum flavours and a refreshing, flavourful finish. Rosé colour.


Red Wines

Barolo
Rich, dark and deep in colour. High in alcohol and ages well. Ideal with beef roasts and game.

Bordeaux
Rich Bordeaux-style wine with a strong, full flavour and a light aroma of blackcurrants. Also develops a light, woody bouquet. A balance of flavour and aroma from a blend of several California grapes and the ever-popular Cabernet Sauvignon base.

Beaujolais
This supple, fruity and delicate red "nouveau style" wine is typically consumed young and is at its best when served slightly chilled. To be enjoyed on any occasion.

Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic wine. Share with friends over hearty dinners. Bold, deep character; age for maximum benefits.

Chianti
Firm, dry red wine style of the famous Tuscany region of Italy. Characteristically tannic, this robust Italian wine bursts with flavours of berries, spices and herbs. Superb with veal or spicy pasta.

Mezza Luna Red
Well balanced, medium bodied wine with red berry fruit and oak.

Pinot Noir
This elegant fruit-forward style has aromas of Blackcurrants and Cherries.

Red Burgundy
This varietal grape blend produces an exquisite well-balanced, aromatic red wine that is well rounded and robust. This Burgundy style can be consumed young, but ages well too.

Shiraz
The noble French red grape varietal, renowned for its rich, dark, powerful wines which, despite their tannins and famous ageing potential, can reach a drinkable mature stage quite soon. Displays complex berry and spice flavours.

Valpolicella
Ruby red colour with a delicate bouquet and a rich mouth filling texture. This wine has a pleasant taste, which is sure to be enjoyed by all.

Vieux Chateau Du Roi (Chateau Neuf Style)
Our version of the famous Chateau Neuf. Full bodied, yet soft and quick to mature. Contains oak to enhance its fine aromatic quality. A terrific wine to serve with red meat dishes.
